JC Audio ("we", "us") makes downloadable audio plugins for macOS. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when we offer refunds. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
Try before you buy
Most of our plugins offer a free version or a free trial, so you can confirm the plugin installs, runs in your DAW, and sounds right on your system before you pay for a Pro upgrade or a paid product. We strongly encourage you to test the free version first.
14-day money-back guarantee
If a paid plugin or Pro upgrade does not work as described, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just email us with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we'll process the refund.
What's covered
- The product fails to install or run on a supported, compatible system.
- The product is materially not as described on this website.
- You were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase.
What's not covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- "I changed my mind" after extensive use, where a free version was available to evaluate first.
- Incompatibility you could have verified with the free version or the stated system requirements (e.g. unsupported macOS version or DAW).
How to request a refund
Email jcaudio1998@gmail.com with your Lemon Squeezy order number and the reason. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
License keys
When a paid licence is refunded, its licence key is deactivated and the associated Pro features are disabled. The free version (if any) remains available to use.
