JC Audio ("we", "us") makes downloadable audio plugins for macOS. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when we offer refunds. Our online store is run by Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for every order: it takes the payment, issues your receipt and sends the refund. This policy is our commitment to you; Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also apply.
Try before you buy
Every paid JC Audio plugin can be tried before you pay: either a free version or a 14-day full-feature free trial (JC Audio Fervor, for example, runs fully for 14 days with no license). Please use it to confirm the plugin installs, runs in your DAW and sounds right on your system before you buy.

If a paid plugin or Pro upgrade does not work as described, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just email us with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we'll process the refund.
What's covered
- The product fails to install or run on a supported, compatible system, and we can't fix it for you.
- The product is materially not as described on this website.
- You were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase.
What's not covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- "I changed my mind" after purchase, where a free trial or free version was available to evaluate first.
- Incompatibility you could have verified with the trial, the free version or the stated system requirements (e.g. unsupported macOS version or DAW).
Your legal rights
This policy does not reduce any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from the purchase, we and Lemon Squeezy will honour it.
How to request a refund
Email hello@jcaudioplugins.com with your Lemon Squeezy order number and the reason. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your license key
When a purchase is refunded (or charged back), its license key is disabled and all its activations end. For plugins with a free version, the free version remains available. For trial-based plugins such as Fervor, the plugin returns to the expired-trial state and passes audio through unprocessed.
